Started my insurance industry career with the Continental Insurance Companies. Later served as the General Counsel at the Indiana Department of Insurance and then worked for the Brougher Insurance Group and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Indiana before joining Ball State University in 1990 as its Director of Risk Management.
