Ms. Pearcy is the Executive Director Risk Management Services and University Risk Manager for Arizona State University. ASU is a large major research institution. The department partners with a variety of organizational stakeholders who are responsible to analyze institutional risks, develop alternatives, and implement solutions that support the mission of the University. Prior to her employment at ASU she was with University of Iowa as the chief risk officer and Dallas County Community College District as the Director of Risk Management. Ms. Pearcy has worked in the private sector in risk management and for a major insurance carrier in claims. She has over 30 years of experience in risk management and insurance. She has an MBA and holds an ARM designation and received the DRM from URMIA.
