RoadMAP to Success: How to Effectively Deploy ERM Mitigation Action Plans

When:  Mon, Oct 26, 2026 from 03:00 PM to 04:00 PM (ET)

The major components of an ERM program are often classified into three functions: identification, prioritization, and mitigation of key risks. The first two components are typically done well, but the third one - mitigation - is often more opaque and difficult to implement. Learn how two universities have approached the development of a mitigation action plan (MAP) for each of their top risks - and how their approaches to their MAP led to meaningful risk reduction. This facilitated panel will compare approaches at two institutions and go in depth on what worked and what didn’t in responding to top institutional risks.

You must be a member of the Higher Education ERM Roundtable to attend this free event. Login instructions are provided for the community's members as the event date approaches.
