This joint PRIMA/URMIA training opportunity uses the ISO 31000 international standard to help those specifically in higher education and public sector risk management understand how to strategically manage risks by creating an organizational understanding of risks and inter-dependencies. Attendees will come away with the knowledge, skills and ability to effectively measure performance, reduce cost, mitigate exposures and exceed organizational goals.
The training employs hands-on group learning using timely ERM case studies and provides attendees with the opportunity to engage in valuable dialogue with their peers and ERM training instructors during and long after the training.
