Keswic Joiner is the director of risk management for the Minnesota State Colleges and University (MnSCU) system. Keswic joined MnSCU in 2008 and has gradually become an active member within URMIA. He currently serves on the Professional Development Committee and co-chairs the Communications Committee. Mr. Joiner received his bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota.
