I have long been a hold out on creating a blog as I have never really felt that what is going on inside my head really would have any interest to my peers. However, I am going to do my best to try all the functionality of the site and maneuver around.
Today it's once again cold in Minnesota. We Northerners are all tired of winter. However, that doesn't seem to have any impact on what mother nature has in mind. March has definitely come in like a lion, so I am assuming it will go out like a lamb and not leave us facing another flood. Folks up here are busily filling sand bags and storing them in long heated buildings in preparation for rising river floodwaters. In fact, Moorhead is beta testing a brand new automated sandbagging system that not only fills, but seals, collects and stacks sandbags on pallets without any human intervention. A thing of genius which will allow our college students to stay in class where they belong -getting an education!
That's all for here up here on the prairie, "where the men are strong, the women are good looking, the the children are all above average!"
