Mission Statement
The YoPro Community at URMIA is dedicated to fostering connections among emerging professionals in college and university risk management, creating a space for collaboration, mentorship, and innovative solutions.
Goals for 2025
- Build Meaningful Connections: Facilitate networking opportunities for young professionals to share insights, collaborate, and grow their professional networks.
- Develop Leadership: Provide pathways for young professionals to step into leadership roles within their organizations and communities.
- Promote Knowledge Sharing: Encourage dialogue between experienced mentors and emerging leaders to exchange ideas and strategies.
