Prepare Your Desktop Computer

Install the latest version of the Zoom Client for Meetings.
Use Google Chrome for best results in the ON24 platform. You may need to copy/paste the Video Stream URL from your default browser to Chrome's address bar to attend sessions. If you have issues with ON24, confirm your device meets these system requirements and try clearing your browser cache.

Install the Zoom App

Go to the Zoom download page.

Install the Sched App

(Full Conference Registrants Only)

1. Download the free "Sched" app to your mobile device from the Apple App Store or Google Play for Androids.

2. Once the "Sched" app is installed on your phone or tablet, open the app and you’ll see “Search for your event…” Search for "URMIA” and select “URMIA Virtual Spring Conference 2021".
