Socio/Webex Events App Connects You to the Conference

URMIA’s conference event app is your connection to the sessions, attendees, and latest information you need to participate whether you are attending in Indy or from elsewhere in the world.

Download the app early and take advantage of all that Socio/Webex Events has to offer! Attendees of URMIA's 2021 annual conference really liked its robust features, and you will too. Explore the Event App User Guide to discover what you can do in the app.

Look for Your Invitation E-mail

All registrants were sent an e-mail invitation on August 4th (and thereafter for new registrants) to set up a Socio/Webex Events account. Once you login to the app, you can personalize your schedule (including meal events so we have accurate meal counts for onsite attendees), create your profile, network with other attendees, and connect to virtual sessions.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

Seeing "Email not registered/not registered for this event" Error?

You must use the e-mail address that you provided during event registration to login to the mobile and web apps, as that is the address we used to authorize your access.

    • Sometimes this error is the result of a typo. Check that your e-mail address is entered correctly and try again.
    • You may be using a different e-mail address (i.e., personal rather than work address) than you registered with. Try a different address.
    • If you used the Socio/Webex Event app previously for another conference, you may need to edit the e-mail address saved in the mobile app. Update your app profile and edit the e-mail address to match what you used to register for URMIA's annual conference. Alternately, use the Request Access button, and a support team member will respond.

    Seeing "Email already tied to a profile" Error?

    You may see this error in the web app after updating your e-mail address in the mobile app. Please login to the web app with the same e-mail address that you use to login to the mobile app. If that doesn't resolve the issue, we can delete your account and create a new one. However, this will remove any previous posts, connections, or other interactions from URMIA's event.
