Troubleshooting Login Issues
Seeing "Email not registered/not registered for this event" Error?
You must use the e-mail address that you provided during event registration to login to the mobile and web apps, as that is the address we used to authorize your access.
- Sometimes this error is the result of a typo. Check that your e-mail address is entered correctly and try again.
- You may be using a different e-mail address (i.e., personal rather than work address) than you registered with. Try a different address.
- If you used the Socio/Webex Event app previously for another conference, you may need to edit the e-mail address saved in the mobile app. Update your app profile and edit the e-mail address to match what you used to register for URMIA's annual conference. Alternately, use the Request Access button, and a support team member will respond.
Seeing "Email already tied to a profile" Error?
You may see this error in the web app after updating your e-mail address in the mobile app. Please login to the web app with the same e-mail address that you use to login to the mobile app. If that doesn't resolve the issue, we can delete your account and create a new one. However, this will remove any previous posts, connections, or other interactions from URMIA's event.
