Special Room Rate for Attendees

Book before October 4 (or until the block is full) to receive URMIA's special room rate of $219 (single/double) per night. This rate is subject to all state and city taxes (15.6%) and the Seattle Tourism fee per room of $2 per night, or fees in effect at the time of the event. Any guests who have pre-paid will need to either submit the difference or settle the balance at checkout.

The rate includes complimentary high-speed wireless access in your hotel room. You also can associate your Marriott Bonvoy number with the reservation and make special requests.

Do not respond if you are contacted to reserve a room. URMIA has not contracted with any outside hotel booking agency. All reservations should be booked as described below. Sheraton is a Marriott brand property and uses Passkey as its reservation system. You will receive a confirmation from cvent.com.
