AV Testing for Virtual Presenters

Presentations can be hosted in one of two platforms, depending on your preferred presentation style: ON24 (webinar style) or Zoom (roundtable discussion style). You will be required to attend a tech check a few weeks before the conference from the location where you will be presenting during the conference. We plan to hold these sessions September 15-30.

Moderators

A moderator will be assigned to each session and noted in the session descriptions. This volunteer will contact speakers before the conference, as well as serve as the live support person for the session.

Moderators will follow this Moderator Checklist.
