EventMobi Required for Virtual Attendance

Login & Test by September 6

Virtual conference attendees will access conference sessions and streaming content within the event app. Please login to EventMobi from the device(s) you will use to attend the conference on or before September 6 to test your access to the content.

Join us for a 5-minute "test the tech" session during the EventMobi Tech Office Hours on one of these dates and times:

  • August 29 at 11:30am ET
  • August 29 at 3:30pm ET
  • September 6 at 10:30am ET
  • September 6 at 3:30pm ET

To participate in one of these sessions, find your target "EventMobi Tech Office Hours" session listed in the Agenda at the designated date and time. Click/tap the session title to open the details window. You should then see a video stream and be able to chat with an URMIA staff member.

Alternately, you may test the system on your own. Login to the event app from the device(s) you will use to participate in the conference. Scroll to Saturday, September 9 in the Agenda. Click/tap Test Session - Ed Breakout to open the details window. Click the Play button to confirm you can see and hear the video content.

Consult the troubleshooting tips below if you have trouble accessing the event app.

Troubleshooting Tips

Don't Know Your EventMobi Password?

On the EventMobi login screen, enter the email address that you use to login to the URMIA website. Click the Continue button. Click the red “Forgot Password?” link under the password box. This will generate an email message from urmia2023@event-emails.com that will enable you to reset your EventMobi password.

Seeing "The email address you entered is not permitted to access this event." Error?

To login to EventMobi's mobile and web app, you must enter the email address that you used during event registration, as that is the address we used to authorize your access.

  • Use the same email address that you use to login to the URMIA website.
  • Sometimes this error is the result of a typo. Check that your email address is entered correctly and try again.
  • You may be using a different email address (i.e., personal rather than work address) than you registered with. Try a different address.

Still Having Trouble?

For further assistance, contact the event app support team, who can confirm the email address we have on file.
