Try this Alternative Approach

Right-click the following link and select to open a new Private, InPrivate, or Incognito browser window. 

Open this in a new Private window.

Then accept all cookies, login, and click the Register button. (Saved passwords do not transfer to Private windows. No cookies or browser settings will be saved after you close the Private window.)
