Register Colleagues or a Group

Whenever possible, attendees should login and register themselves. The process defined below is for group registrations and the rare instances that attendees cannot access our online registration system.

Registration Process


  1. Collect required information from each registrant.
  2. Contact us if you need a single invoice itemizing your group's registrations.
  3. Submit a registration request form for each registrant.
  4. Receive confirmation when the registrations have been processed.
  5. Submit payment for all registrations.

Required Information for Each Registrant


Personal Information
  • First Name or Nickname (e.g., Ted instead of Edward)
  • Shortened Job Title (40 characters max)
  • Contact Information
  • Emergency Contact name and phone number
  • Accessibility Needs and/or Dietary Restrictions
  • T-shirt Size

Registration Options
  • If the registrant can attend only one day, would it be Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday?
  • Is this the registrant’s first time attending an URMIA Annual Conference?
  • If from a business supporting higher education, will the registrant attend the Affiliates and URMIA Mixer?

  • Which of the following networking events will the registrant attend?
    • Opening Reception
    • Evening with the Kennedys
    • State Roundtables Lunch (Tuesday)
    • Awards Luncheon & Annual Business Meeting (Wednesday)
