Sarah is the BOR (Bid or Request) Team Leader for the East Coast & West Coast regions. The BOR Team is one of Gallagher’s most strategic and fundamental internal sales and marketing resources aiding producers to grow organically in new business and retain key Gallagher accounts. The BOR Team is engaged in Gallagher’s largest prospect and client RFPs; broker of record, capability and oral presentations; key account retention documents, placemats, and more.
Sarah joined Gallagher in 2013 and has been a vital participant in the build-out and development of the BOR Teams. Sarah began her Gallagher career as a Project Manager working with the Florida and Georgia offices (2013-2015), grew her territory to the Southeast and Mid-South Regions (2015-2016), then helped build out the BOR Team to the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions (2016-2018). She became the East BOR Team Leader in 2018, and absorbed the West BOR Team in 2022.
