Justin builds risk management capacity and capability at UE member institutions through ERM thought leadership and the design and evaluation of various risk management services. He has worked with schools and universities as they launch or refresh ERM initiatives, restructure risk management functions, and build buy-in from campus stakeholders. Justin is also a co-author for the 2020 edition of UE’s ERM book for higher education. Prior to UE, Justin was a senior analyst at EAB, an education research and consulting firm, where he worked with numerous college presidents, their cabinets, and independent school heads to research pressing enrollment and revenue needs, particularly at community colleges and independent schools. He has also served in admission offices at Georgetown University and Albright College in various capacities. Justin has a Master of Arts in Communication, Culture, and Technology from Georgetown University and graduated magna cum laude with a BA from Gettysburg College.
