Carrie leads the Systemwide Enterprise Risk Management program at the University of California. In this role, she provides leadership, resources, and guidance on integrating enterprise risk management into activities and management decisions across the UC system. She has over 15 years’ experience leading enterprise risk management programs in Higher Education.
Ms. Frandsen is the lead instructor for UCLA Extension's Enterprise Risk Management certificate program. She serves on the U.S. technical advisory group for the ISO risk management standards, and on the RIMS-CRMP Commission. She has a Master’s in Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
