Tracy Paladino manages URMIA's Tenants' and Users' Liability Insurance Policy (TULIP) program and provides excellent customer service to members and their third party facility users. She has more than 20 years of insurance industry experience and more than 30 years of customer service experience, including operations and administration.
In addition to her work with URMIA's TULIP program, Ms. Paladino manages public entity and higher education accounts and provides day-to-day client services; policy review and maintenance; exposure, coverage, and loss analysis; marketing and coverage placements; contract reviews; ancillary coverage administration; national special event program administration, and experience modification calculation and ERM 6 filings.
Ms. Paladino holds a Multiple Lines Agents License and is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS), and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).
