Therese O’Brien is responsible for the development, marketing and servicing of the property & casualty insurance programs for all of her clients. She takes a collaborative approach to working with her clients to drive down their total cost of risk. She has a specialized focus on serving educational institutions spanning from private to public and K-12 as well as Higher Education. Therese has experience in working with these clients to develop creative risk financing programs such as All Lines Aggregate programs, shared and layered property programs, quota share liability programs, corridor deductibles, self-insurance programs on an MOC, etc.
Therese began her insurance career in 2013 as a member of Gallagher’s Summer Intern Program. She became a full-time employee in 2014.
Therese received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she graduated with a double major in Marketing and Human Resources. Therese is an active member of AGRIP, URMIA and PRIMA.
