Deb Donning is the director of risk management and insurance at the University of Oregon. She has over thirty years of higher education experience; working in risk management, environmental health and safety, incident response, and compliance the last ten years. She is a member of University Risk Management and Insurance Association (URMIA) and the Oregon State Bar. Ms. Donning received her Bachelor of Science degree in political science, minor in economics, from Willamette University and her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law. She also holds the Associate in Risk Management professional designation.
