Bio

Mike Jackisch is a senior client manager specializing in higher education consortia (group) programs and individual college programs. Mr. Jackisch is responsible for day-to-day issues, such as placement, coverage, policy issuance, claims, and other questions that arise on colleges and universities. He has led higher education-focused seminars on various topics, including foreign travel, campus construction, fleet management, and student organization exposures. He has experience in all lines of coverage, including general liability, automobile, workers' compensation, property, umbrella liability, foreign, medical malpractice, and educators legal liability. His other industry specialties include alternative risk, construction, and transportation. The types of programs he has developed include self-insurance, pooling, captive insurance, and numerous hybrid cash flow programs. Mr. Jackisch has over 30 years of insurance experience, with a BS in business from Miami University, an MBA in risk management and insurance from the University of Georgia, and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations.
