Dixon Gillis serves as the President of A-G Administrators, Inc., a leading collegiate sports insurance managing general agent, underwriter, and third-party administrator. Dixon’s involvement in the athletics insurance industry began early in his life as his father started A-G Administrators, Inc. Following a distinguished career as a rower at the University of Pennsylvania and with the US National Team, Dixon joined his father at A-G Administrators. Six years ago, Dixon and his brother, Jake, acquired the firm from their father and have steadily positioned A-G to focus on the niche practice of intercollegiate sports insurance by developing innovative solutions to the dynamic medical expense environment and the unique challenges presented in this market. Today, A-G works with approximately 325 colleges and universities to provide customized solutions to each institution’s medical expense program.
