Joshua holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Bellevue University, a Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems, and an Associate's degree in Aerospace Maintenance Technology.
Joshua's tenure in risk management began in 2010, shortly after retiring from a career in the United States Air Force in 2008. His military career not only instilled a rigorous discipline and commitment to duty but also allowed them the opportunity to work in over 35 different countries - an exposure that helped cultivate a global perspective on risk management.
During Joshua’s impactful five-year term as the Chair of the State of Florida's Interagency Advisory Council on Loss Prevention, he was instrumental in setting standards, guidelines, and audit protocols that have had a far-reaching impact on loss prevention across the state.
As a testament to his dedication to continued learning and growth, Joshua is currently in the final stages of a Ph.D. program, set to graduate in 2024. This achievement underscores Joshua’s unyielding commitment to excellence and to the constant pursuit of knowledge.
