While I understand that perhaps not everyone will express the same joy and excitement as I do at this blog entry's title, I still can't help but share - the
May 2011 edition of URMIA Insights has made its debut on the new URMIA
network site! The development of the URMIA
network has been a long time coming and has involved the hard work of many, many people - volunteer URMIA members serving on the task force, surveying the membership, reviewing different software packages, beta testing the system, and providing their feedback. Of course, we also recognize that this launch is really the beginning of more exciting days to come - it marks the start of YOU actually getting to go in, poke around, use these new tools, see how they work, and come back to us with ways we can make the experience even better.
With that in mind, I am quite happy to see (and to show all of you) the new look for URMIA
Insights, our monthly online newsletter. You can easily click around from month to month and year to year, going back to February 2007 - the first online version of the newsletter created! You might be thinking to yourself at this very moment, "Gee, I wonder what the latest higher ed risk management news items were back in May of 2007?" And you know what? You can very easily find the answer to that question on the brand new URMIA
Insights site.
I know you're just burning to check out the new site and the latest news items for May 2011. You can access URMIA
Insights anytime from the Resources tab at the top of the URMIA
network site, then clicking "URMIA Insights." You can also view all recently updated articles on the lower right hand side of the main URMIA home page.
Or, heck, let's just make this easy...
click right here to jump straight to the URMIA
Insights page!
