Best of AC25 Series
At the University of Minnesota, there are numerous regulatory and industry standard safety programs in place, however there aren’t always enough resources to fully execute those programs. To gauge risk and inform decision making, the environmental health and safety (EHS) team applied a risk analysis tool to evaluate which programs required more immediate attention and resources based upon their risk ranking. This session will walk through the work prioritization challenges faced by many institutional EHS teams and demonstrate how applying a risk tool can help those teams make informed decisions about resource allocation and prioritization.
