Bio

Nai St. Andrew brings over 15 years of experience in workers’ compensation and claims management, having built a strong foundation in analyzing complex medical cases and mitigating risk. In 2019, she relocated to the Hampton Roads area, where she continued her commitment to public service by supporting individuals and businesses through her work with the Small Business Administration before transitioning into public sector risk management as Risk Manager for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia. Continuing in the capacity of Risk Manager for Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) following its merger with Old Dominion University, she supports physicians, residents, and institutional leadership by addressing clinical risk concerns and helping mitigate issues that could have significant professional and organizational impact. Without a clinical background, Nai offers a unique perspective shaped by years of reviewing medical documentation, allowing her to approach risk management through the lens of the patient. Her philosophy centers on responsible management and the willingness to adapt based on new information.
