Jake’s career has been focused on supporting clients manage risk through the implementation of enterprise risk management, compliance, third-party risk, and internal audit programs.
Jake has led assessments of compliance programs that include a review of their current state, benchmarking against maturity, and developing detailed implementation roadmaps to enhance the maturity of their programs.
Having worked with public, private, and online universities mature and enhance their risk management efforts, Jake has also published several papers and articles on risk in higher education and considered a thought leader in the industry.
