Mr. Antoneile Brown currently holds the position of Risk Officer in the Risk Management Unit, Office of Administration, UWI Regional Headquarters. An astute professional, Mr. Brown brings a wealth of knowledge in enterprise risk management and financial services management in both the private and public sectors. This experience and knowledge have allowed him to facilitate the identification, evaluation and analysis of risks inherent to business operations as well as formulating, implementing and evaluating risk management strategies to efficiently manage risks.
Prior to joining UWI, Mr. Brown held the position of Enterprise Risk Management Officer- Strategic & Operational Risks at Sagicor Group Jamaica, Senior Officer at the Tax Administration Jamaica where his functions included risk management, business analysis and managing tax operations. Mr. Brown also worked in retail banking at the National Commercial Bank. In addition, he also imparts his knowledge as a lecturer and course assessor at the HEART NSTA Trust, a National Vocational Training agency, where he lecturers and develops course materials in business administration, financial management, and risk analysis.
Antoneile, holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Wales, UK, a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from the University of the West Indies, as well as a professional certificate in Strategic Management from the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean.
