CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Frank Cella is the National Leader for our Education Consortia Programs in the U.S. Frank leads retention and growth strategy on our higher education consortia programs and K-12 pooling programs across the firm, supports development of industry content and thought leadership, and brings Marsh’s risk and digital solutions to both clients and prospects in this sector.
EXPERIENCE
Based in Chicago, Illinois, Frank is instrumental in driving industry growth nationally. Prior to joining our national team, Frank led Marsh’s Central Zone for the education industry and worked closely with risk retention groups, pooling programs and consortia programs in the Midwest. With the emergence of consolidation of institutions and creation of new consortia programs, his expertise and leadership in the Central Zone will be essential for relationship building and industry expansion in the US.
As a professional in both the domestic and international insurance industry for over 36 years, Frank previously led Marsh US Consumer's Sales Support. During his18-year career in the Consumer Division he specialized in the education industry as the business leader for Marsh Consumer's Alumni Division, as well as development of CampusConnexions, a business solely focused on satisfying the full range of domestic and international risk management insurance needs of educational institutions
