Noah Hartnett is a Global Security Services Manager at On Call International. In this role, Noah specializes in higher education risk management, working closely with On Call’s university and college-based clients to provide strategic consulting, crisis/emergency response, and custom intelligence services related to their unique international programs. Prior to joining On Call, Noah worked as one of the original Intelligence Analysts at Swan Island Networks, an Oregon-based software company providing rapid situational awareness solutions and services. In Noah’s free time he enjoys surfing and playing music.
