Dave Marion has over 20 years of IT experience working and securing various campus technologies. He has extensive experience in holistic information security and cybersecurity.
He is the Director of Information Security at Bridgewater State University. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from BSU as well as a Masters in Public Administration. He also holds a Masters Degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governor’s University. His professional certifications include being a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), a Certified Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI), and a Certified Network Defense Architect (CNDA).
Dave enjoys working with students inside the classroom when he's teaching and outside of the classroom in the SOC.
