Dr. Cherie Scricca is the co-founder and managing director of Grand River Solutions a services and software provider dedicated to helping higher education institutions and K-12 schools develop effective, practical and sustainable responses to equity issues including Title IX, Title VII, and VAWA. Dr. Scricca has extensive experience in sexual-harassment and Title IX programs and has served as interim Title IX Officer at institutions ranging from small liberal arts colleges to large public research universities, including UCLA, UC San Diego, and UC Santa Cruz. She received her doctorate in education (EdD) from the University of Pennsylvania.
