Todd Holmes manages MIT's International Security, Health, and Safety program. As coordinator of the Institute’s International Emergency Team, Todd activates a core crisis response team as well as manages the services of MIT’s global assistance provider. Todd currently serves on PULSE’s executive committee. Todd brings 20 years’ of experience in international NGO development programming, emergency response. He transitioned into security in 2008 as regional and global security advisor, for several global NGOs, such as World Vision International, Catholic Relief Service. Todd proudly served as a U.S. Peace Corp Volunteer in Mali. He has lived and worked in the Middle East, North Africa, Eastern Europe, South Asia, the Caribbean, and Central America.
