Keesha Trim currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Compliance & Risk Management for the University of Richmond. In this position she is responsible for oversight of compliance and Title IX operations, leading the University's enterprise and traditional risk management programs, insurance procurement, workers' compensation claims administration, and youth protection programs.
Prior to joining UR, Keesha spent more than ten years at the University of North Texas where she held several positions in risk management, beginning as a student assistant and ending as Assistant Director, Insurance & Claims.
Keesha earned a BA from the University of North Texas and an MBA from the University of Richmond, and holds Certified Risk Manager and Certified Insurance Counselor designations.
