Thomas M. Angelucci is the Executive Director of the Inter-University Council Risk Management & Insurance Consortium (IUC-RMIC), where he leads a property and casualty risk pool serving Ohio’s public universities. In his role, he oversees finance, claims administration, insurance program placement and renewal, member engagement, and strategic partnerships with auditors, actuaries, brokers, and vendors, while guiding the consortium’s governance and advancing risk control initiatives. Previously, he served as Executive Director of the School Districts Insurance Consortium (SDIC) in Pennsylvania, and earlier in his career he specialized in structured settlements, earning the CSSC designation and building expertise in complex claims resolution. With more than two decades of experience in risk financing, insurance pooling, and claims strategy, he is recognized for strengthening member value, driving operational efficiency, and fostering collaborative risk solutions. Tom also holds the CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) and ARM (Associate in Risk Management) designations. He earned his MBA from Saint Joseph’s University and his BA in Communications and Theater from Temple University.
