Joseph serves as the Director of Risk Management for the Universities of Wisconsin. Prior to joining the Universities of Wisconsin, he served as the Director of Risk Management at the University of Northern Iowa, held various roles in the Office of Risk Management at Iowa State University, and worked as an attorney with Great West Casualty Company.
Joseph holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. He has also earned his ARM, AIC, and SCLA designations.
